- Coordinate training sessions directed to media professionals, mainly in sports. Ex: 10 days in the heart of French League 1 (6 journalists from 5 african countries), in partnership with with the French Football League and Canal+
- Define technical, logistical, human and financial means to reach the objectives
- Build and manage the project team, taking part to the recruitment of experts involved in the project
- Elaborate the budget and ensure the projects’ follow-up
